We are a central part of society. Social involvement is expressed in various ways within Yource, under the banner Yource Cares. Allow me to give a few examples.

YOURCE GIVES BACK
During the lockdown at the end of 2021 and the beginning of 2022, we helped local hospitality businesses by purchasing meals from them. We then delivered these meals to people who work in the healthcare sector, to let them know that we appreciate them.
All Yource members were able to register a restaurant that could use some help. They were also able to name a healthcare institution or healthcare team where we could deliver the meals to offer our support to them. And finally, there was also the opportunity to volunteer to pick up and deliver the meals. #TogetherYource

CHARITABLE PARTNERSHIPS
The Kansfonds helps various target groups. From Yource, we focus our contribution on homeless young people, because this is very close to our heart. The Kansfonds helps them in many different ways to give them a better future!
S.V. GIO makes children the captain of their own future! It is a 20-week post-school sports and education program for children aged 7 and 8 with a learning deficit and/or lack of self-confidence. A unique learning concept, where children work with their own coach in a future-oriented manner on their personal development. As a result, the children make huge progress in their self-awareness and self-confidence, which also improves their school performance.
Together with the municipal social services, Feestvarken vzw delivers birthday packages to children whose parents are struggling financially. Each package includes a gift, a treat to share in the classroom and materials to organise a party at home.

TEMPORARY JOBS FOR COMPANIES THAT WERE BRIEFLY UNABLE TO PROVIDE EMPLOYMENT
During the lockdown, there were companies that were unable to offer their employees a job. Together, we ensured that the staff could temporarily work at Yource.
For example, hospitality staff did not serve a drink, but an answer. And retail employees could offer tailored solutions to customers, instead of the right size jeans.
Thanks to shortened training courses and customised solutions, these customer-oriented and communicatively strong employees were able to get to work quickly. And as soon as there was work again, they could of course immediately get back to work in their own job!
