MEMBER EXPERIENCE
The Member Experience is a program that is all about the experience of the Yource Members, because we believe that people make the real difference.
We are convinced that you can only achieve a good Customer Experience if you create a good Member Experience. We do this in three ways:
1. Through measurements, dashboards and analyses, we identify what we can improve on the Member Experience. We do this at regular intervals for everyone. But also at other times during the Member Journey.
2. Through Together Yource campaigns we strengthen the community feeling within Yource and let our Members feel that they make the difference!
3. Through various programs and policies, we put the Yource vision into practice and create a Yource culture in which Members are central.

DIVERSITY
As an organisation, we want to reflect the society we work in. We believe that differences make us stronger. That's why we have a diversity program. This goes far beyond a male-female relationship or age structure.
We work with the Yource Principles, in which we have clear agreements about how we interact with each other. This includes topics such as a zero tolerance policy on discrimination in the area of gender, ethnic origin, religion, ethnicity, orientation or disability.

JOURNEY WITH PERSPECTIVE
We believe it is important that our members can continue to develop. We therefore offer them a clear perspective. At Yource, you develop skills that will help you for the rest of your career. Among other things, through the more than 700 courses and training courses in the Digital Campus. Here you will find modules for both your personal and professional development. Every month, we discuss your development in the Continuous dialog with your supervisor.
You can grow within your job position and, of course, there are also opportunities to grow into another role. We have an annual perspective meeting with our members to identify their ambitions and match them with the possibilities within our organisation. We first post our vacancies internally, so that we offer as many opportunities for growth as possible.

How do you make Members feel welcome and valued? A question that we at Yource are working on every day. That is why we have developed a unique incentive program especially for them: Yource Coins!
The Yource Coins incentive program is the popular savings system Yource Members can use to collect gold coins. How? Very simple, by being part of our Yource Community! Members can use the coins saved to order great gifts, outings or gift cards in the Coins shop. How do you create happy moments for Members? We have thought carefully about how a Member can receive Yource Coins and we think it is important that there is some consistency in this. We have defined a number of rules. For example, every month that you are part of the Yource Community or if there is something to celebrate. But also in areas in which you demonstrate entrepreneurship, such as achieving milestones in your personal development or goals that have been achieved for our Partners.

At Yource, we make sure that you are fit for work and that you are both mentally and physically in shape.
Feeling good at work is only possible if you feel safe in your work environment. That is very important to us, and we will take care of it together. A good work-life balance also ensures that you feel fit. In addition, working at Yource must fit as well as possible into the lives of our Members. Flexibility is important to them. With our flexible contracts, which are in line with the wishes of the Member and are a good mix between working at the office and working from home, we ensure that work and private life can be easily combined.
Feeling physically fit is also important. You won't find a soda in our canteens. Taps with flat and sparkling water, which you can mix with an organic lemonade. There is also always fresh fruit to be found. And we offer our Members group discount on a sports subscription and health insurance.
